Hector is an accomplished IT and Operations executive with over 30 years of business experience of which 20 years were spent in health care leadership roles. At present, he is a principal consultant with Accendcio Consulting – a small boutique IT consultancy in South Florida. 

Previously, Hector served as VP of Operations & IT Director for Infinity Behavioral Health Services – the largest revenue cycle management company for behavioral health care treatment centers-overseeing operations for Florida, New York, California, and Montego Bay, Jamaica. 

Hector also worked in the non-profit broadcast industry for 9 years serving as CIO and COO for Truth in Action Ministries. Before his broadcast experience, Hector worked for Tenet Health Systems for 9 years where he held responsibility for a regional multi-hospital biomedical program, regional multi-hospital IT operations, and telecommunications departments.

During his time in the broadcast industry, Hector executive produced over 10 nationally syndicated short-form documentaries and two 30-minute television shows syndicated in over 250 general stations and 4 television broadcast networks.
